LeTangelia R. Murray was born and raised in Macon Georgia. She was educated in the Bibb County School System and is a proud 1984 graduate of Southwest High School. LeTangelia is an alumni of Hampton University, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in General Studies.

After working in the education system for twenty-five with students from Kindergarten through college level, LaTangelia has found her passion in helping to graduate high school seniors and their parents maneuver through the process of applying to college.  Thus making her work in all programs of the Middle Georgia Center for Academic Excellence, for over thirteen years, a perfect fit.

As the parent of a daughter who is an alumnus of The Fort Valley State University, she understands the stress that parents and students endure when applying to college.  She keeps in touch with several of the hundreds of students that she has helped over the years.
