A native of Macon, Georgia Deonte Williams is a proud 2015 graduate of Westside Pre-Engineering High School. Scholarship, Leadership and Service have been key pillars in his life which led him to attend Fisk University on a full academic scholarship.

 In 2019 Deonte graduated from Fisk with his bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy. His community and civic engagement include MaconIt 501 C Inc, NBCA Hall of Fame, National Association for Black Historians, NAACP and 100 Black Men of America Inc.

After graduate school Deonte plans to pursue his Doctoral degree in Ethnomusicology with aspirations to one day be an HBCU president.
